Custom-built
breaker plates and die plates are designed and manufactured in a variety
of materials, taking into account the type of polymer, rubber or ceramic, melt pressure and
melt temperature.

‘ZIPLA’ CLEANING PASTE
We are the authorised distributor of
‘Zipla’ Cleaning Paste. The paste is sold in 10-kg containers. This
special cleaning paste is ideal for cleaning and polishing heated bright
metal parts on plastics processing machinery, such as melt rolls,
calender rolls, presses, roll mills, form tools, extruder screws and
barrels.
Zipla Cleaning Paste cleans right into the
surface of the metal, softening and loosening all deposits. The cleaning
paste is non-corrosive. Cleaning with ‘Zipla’ paste, which should be
carried out at the end of a production run, will remove thermoplastic
deposits of all kinds, including PVC, Polyurethane, Polystyrene,
Polyolefin’s, Polyvinyl Acetate and Thermoplastic Rubber. The paste
will also remove hot melt materials, including pressure-sensitive
adhesives, heat-activated adhesives, ethylene-vinyl-acetate and
thermoplastic polyester.
‘Zipla’ Cleaning Paste
is also suitable for cleaning and polishing iron, aluminium, copper,
brass, tin, silver and gold.
