MODEL ESC ECONOMY SCREEN CHANGER
Economy Screen Changer Standard Models - Produced in batches - specifically designed for extruder manufacturers - short delivery - strong, heavy-duty construction, body manufactured from a solid one piece, steel billet, high-speed movement. Allows the filter to be changed without stopping the extruder, standard fixing connections, electrically heated.
  The extruder screw can be extended to within
Economy Screen Changer Hydraulic Power Unit 10mm from the breaker plate, avoiding polymer degradation. The screw can be pulled through the screen changer. Suitable for mono or co- extrusion lines. All metal - easily adjustable and replaceable seals for leak free operation, suitable for melt temperatures up to 300ºC and melt pressures up to 450bar. Can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

Changeover speed: between 0.5 and 1.5 seconds, depending on Screen Changer size.

Available with fully automatic sealing system for working temperatures up to 280˚ C and with all metal adjustable seals for working temperatures up to 400˚ C.

Also suitable for rubber.
