Low cost,
custom built, heavy duty, hand operated Screen Changer. The
slide plate is moved by rotating a hand wheel. Heating can be
electric, oil, steam or water.
When
changing screen, depending on size, the extruder must be stopped
for between 30 and 60 seconds. Heavy-duty construction, with
body made from a solid, one piece, steel billet. Custom built to
fit any extruder. Can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
Available with fully automatic
sealing system for working temperatures up to 280 ˚ C and with
all metal adjustable seals for working temperatures up to 350˚
C.
Suitable also for rubber.
